ImageForge was created by Benjamín Paz to make converting and editing images simple, private and available to anyone, without accounts, payment or uploads.
It is a personal project rather than a company. There is no team, no office and no support desk: mail goes to one person, who reads it.
How to get in touch
The best way to reach ImageForge is by email, and the address is at the bottom of this page. There is deliberately no contact form: every form is either hosted by a third party, which would send whatever you type into it to that third party, or backed by a server, and this site has neither.
Reporting a problem with a conversion
If a file does not convert correctly, the details that help most are the source format, the target format, the browser and its version, and the approximate size of the image.
The technical details panel beside each result shows which codecs actually ran and how long each stage took, which usually identifies the problem straight away. Please do not attach the image itself unless you are happy to share it, and never send anything private: an email is not the local, unuploaded path the rest of the site is built around.
Privacy questions
The short answer is on the privacy page: your images are processed on your device and are never uploaded. That page also lists, openly, the questions that are not yet settled.
What this project is not
ImageForge is not a company, is not registered as one, has no employees and makes no claims about how many people use it. Anything on this site that reads like a corporate claim would be false, so there is none.
This page describes how the software behaves today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
